One of the building’s main features is the resort-inspired amenity deck, which is home to a Hydrotech Garden Roof® and Ultimate® Assembly, kept watertight by Monolithic Membrane 6125®. The green roof showcases Hydrotech’s InstaGreen® GT-4 Trays and Tennessee Flagstone Hanover Pavers that were selected for this project, which are the perfect complement to the community’s pool deck.
