Combining a modern hotel visit with the beauty of the surrounding landscape, the Piaule Catskill Landscape Retreat offers its guests a unique experience with breathtaking views. The Patio at the Main House, Restaurant, and Spa invites its guests to sit, relax, and get a breath of fresh air relishing the beauty of the surrounding nature. With a dense planting of native grasses separating the guardrail and patio seating, you wouldn’t likely know that you were sitting over structure.
Hydrotech’s Garden Roof Assembly, including Gardendrain and LiteTop Growing Media, was utilized for this project. It is lovely to see the flowing seedheads in the summer followed by the changing colors in the fall.
