NEWCITY is a 7-acre mixed-use complex in the Goose Island neighborhood that was constructed in 2014. This complex is made up of two retail/entertainment buildings, a 19-story luxury 
residential tower, and a 7-story parking garage. The addition of each of these buildings has brought entertainment, opportunity, energy, and character to an already vibrant neighborhood.

Hydrotech helped contribute to the LEED Gold certification of the project by supplying our Extensive Garden Roof® Assembly that covers nearly 108,000 square feet of rooftop space, which is perfectly complimented by Chicago's beautiful skyline.
