One River North is Denver's most intriguing new high-rise building, with at notable canyon-like crack feature in the façade of the building. Stretching ten stories and spanning downwards from the roof, the unique look was designed to mimic Colorado's diverse topography. Over 50,000 square feet of Protected Membrane Roofing is keeping this building watertight and was a main component in bringing the owner and architect's vision to life. The Ultimate Assembly was used at every amenity deck level including the rooftop, which features a pool, spa, pet lawn, and garden space. The lower amenity areas that are accessible to tenants create a walking trail that extends four floors with naturally decorated balconies. Mixed in are private units completed with the Garden Roof Assembly contributing to the hardscape and softscape that bring the exterior crevasse to life.
