One of the main features of this state-of-the-art medical facility is the 43,000 square foot rooftop healing garden with interactive play areas. The therapeutic benefits of this large green space can help facilitate the healing process for patients, as well as their families and friends.

The green roof portion of this building employs Hydrotech’s GT-4 Trays, which were filled on site with LiteTop® Growing Media then planted with InstaGreen® Sedum Carpet and carefully selected accent plants. The building is kept watertight by Monolithic Membrane 6125® and the rooftop garden is bordered by a 3,000 square foot Ultimate Assembly® finished with rock curb and limestone grey and charcoal tudor colored pavers.
