What began as an 8-acre surface parking lot has been reimagined into a multi-functional, SITES-certified green space. This transformative project required a high-performance waterproofing membrane to protect the semi-subterranean, 1,017-space parking deck. 110,000 square feet of Hydrotech® Monolithic Membrane 6125® was chosen to provide seamless, long-lasting waterproofing protection beneath the 2.5-acre green roof.
