Immersive terraces are enjoyed by tenants and visitors that are planted with native, low-water vegetation offering a natural oases in the middle of the city. Some of the notable sustainable features include, treating 100% of the rainwater and wastewater on-site, achieving up to 100% water savings in select systems. Also, Rooftop solar panels generate nearly 50% of the energy used in common areas.

This office building offers much to the neighboring community and has helped to regenerate development in the area.
