Block 250 - Houston, TX is a 29 story office tower in the heart of downtown Houston that has ten exterior garden terraces spread across six different levels, each completed with a Protected Membrane Roof Assembly. The amenity decks are outfitted with glacier white pavers with a ground finish and the residents now have several beautiful pedestrian decks and gardens overlooking downtown Houston. The first level of parking is a sandwich slab on level 3 that takes up the entire footprint of the structure, and the basement lid at ground level are all protected with Monolithic Membrane 6125®.
