This unique space houses the Bellevue Youth Theatre, an organization that fosters creativity and art for at risk youth in the community through theater. The structure appears to rise out of the ground and is covered with a 13,000 s.f. Garden Roof that utilizes Hydrotech's GardNet for slopes.
