Massachusetts Institute of Technology's recent redevelopment of two connected industrial buildings that have sat vacant for years was completed in 2022. The transformed property is now a hub for academia, community events, and entrepreneurial opportunities.

Hydrotech provided 16,500 square feet of Monolithic Membrane 6125 waterproofing and 15,000 sq.ft. of that is our Garden Roof Assembly, which contributes to the beautiful outdoor community event space that sits above below grade parking.
