Fulton Labs at 400 N Aberdeen is a mixed-use development located in Chicago’s Fulton Market District. This brand-new complex includes a combination of research and development lab space infrastructure and business amenities to optimize discovery.  The state-of-the-art facility is home to a 40,000 square foot Hydrotech Garden Roof® and Ultimate Assembly®, kept watertight by Monolithic Membrane 6125®. 

The Extensive Garden Roof® was planted with InstaGreen® Carpet, which provides almost 95% coverage at the time of installation. This is not only aesthetically pleasing, but also reduces initial maintenance requirements. The Garden Roof Assembly helps reduce the urban heat island effect, purify the air, and plays a major role in stormwater management.
